Welcome back and happy Spring,

With the seasons changing, we have sighted Ernie the echidna at the farm and all the flowers are blossoming.

We have had a busy month, developing and running new workshops ranging from Performance Management through to Finance for Non-Finance Managers and facilitating several planning days. It has been lovely to be back face-to-face for a number of these sessions.

We wanted to briefly touch on the power of planning. It is something we update each quarter. As we are about to move into the final quarter for the year, taking time to plan can help you focus on what you need to achieve between now and the end of the year. Reach out if we can help you.

We have also been experimenting with some new ideas in our Magical Learning and Adapt with Danette FM podcasts. Experimenting is a way of testing new ideas to learn and grow. We would love your feedback.

We hope you enjoy our video book review on The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett, from the host of the podcast with the same name. It’s a terrific read.

Until Next time,
Danette and the Magical Learning Team
