Danette at CPA congress 2024

Welcome back,

Can you believe it is the last week of November. We have had a busy few months and still have a lot going on before our holiday break.

We have been focusing on continuous growth and development this month on social media. In a world where change is happening rapidly (AI anyone?) small daily investments will help you to stay up to date with what is going on. Also sharing what each team member is learning each week can help boost team knowledge.

We have been running a number of face-to-face workshops on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Growth Mindset and Adaptable Teams. Danette also recently presented as a keynote speaker at CPA Congress in Canberra talking on 3 Skills for Decision-Making Mastery.

A tip on decision making from us to you is; Ask the right questions to help you identify the problem and understand what's important so you can make the best decision possible.

As we head towards 2025 we have also been running a number of planning sessions for organisations wanting to get prepared for next year. In the meantime, if you’ve been enjoying the Magical Learning Podcast, don’t forget to check out Adapt with Danette FM

If you are interested in any of these workshops, please reach out to us for more information.

 Until Next time,
Danette and the Magical Learning Team
