Welcome back,

This is our last newsletter for the year and we wanted to thank you for all your support this year. As we move into the holiday season we hope you get a chance to connect with family and friends, relax and enjoy a good break. Some fun things to do can include napping (great for your body and brain), cooking yummy food, connecting with nature, playing board games, spending time with people you love, reading or listening to a good book or anything that makes you smile.

Next year is already shaping up to be a busy one so a good break will help set you up for a better 2025.

Our office will be closed from 20 December to 6 January.

From our family to yours, wishing you a Magical Holiday Season.

Until Next time,
The Magical Learning Team

Tips to get through the holidays…

  1. Stay Active: Exercise helps reduce stress and improve your mood. Even a short walk can make a difference.

  2. Reach Out for Support: Talk to friends, family, or a therapist if you're feeling down. You don’t have to handle it alone.

  3. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself. Don’t expect everything to be perfect or feel guilty if you need a break.

  4. Set Boundaries: Don’t feel pressured to do everything. Say no if you need rest or time alone.

  5. Take Breaks: It’s easy to get overwhelmed. Step away from busy environments for a few minutes to recharge.

The holidays can be a hard time for a lot of people because expectations are high, schedules are busy, and there are a lot of financial expectations. Remember, it’s okay to take it one day at a time and prioritise your mental health.
