How often have you held onto a belief or practice that no longer served you?
If you are anything like us (and pretty much everyone else), sometimes your answer to that question will be, ‘Too long’
As it gets colder in the southern hemisphere, now is a perfect opportunity to spend time reflecting on ‘What beliefs and practices do I need to let go of or update?’
We all need to learn to adapt and change and one of the ways to do this is to release beliefs and practices that no longer serve you to make space for new ways to thinking and doing things.
We also love the ideas that Adam Grant suggests in his new book, Think Again. We hope you enjoy our video book review on this and that it inspires you to learn some new approaches to how you think and approach change.
