ML MEMO: How Leaders can Promote Kindness in the Workplace

Welcome back,

We don’t have long now till the holiday season. Everyone we are speaking to at present is tired and ready for a break.

Please make sure you are kind to yourself during this time, as kindness especially towards yourself has many benefits such as increasing empathy, self-esteem and compassion.

Make sure you are taking regular breaks and moving around during the day and ensure you are getting a good night’s sleep. There is nothing worse than having a holiday and not having the energy to enjoy it.

Until next time, stay safe and stay magical,

The Magical Learning Team

Podcast episode 136: The Impact of Kindness

Kindness doesn’t just impact the person you are being kind to; its impact can ripple throughout many people. Maybe it’s someone who is watching it happen, maybe it’s someone in the future seeing the impact of that kindness.

In this episode, the team breaks down all the ways kindness has impacted them, and how they have seen amazing ripple effects of kindness throughout their life.
